Descriptions, images, and a list of amenities for each suite are available on the Casa Chiara website. You can also easily check availability and rates based on your selected dates, preferences, and number of guests.

All information and descriptions on the site are provided by Casa Chiara and are subject to change. Casa Chiara is not responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies, or typographical errors.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT and indicate the minimum and maximum rates applied based on seasonality.

Direct bookings mean that any last-minute, seasonal, weekend, or promotional rates will be automatically applied at the time of booking.

Room availability and any reservations made through our website are managed through the "bed-and-breakfast.it" portal, which is used as a dedicated booking management channel.

A tourist tax is applicable in the municipality of Parma, and is not included in the nightly rate. This tax is subject to change following changes approved by the Municipality of Parma; any updates will be communicated to guests promptly.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Unless otherwise agreed, check-in after 8:00 PM and until midnight will incur a €50,00 fee.

Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Late check-outs may result in an additional night's stay.

If breakfast is included, breakfast will be served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Bathroom linens are changed every 4 days.

Bed linens are changed every 7 days.

An additional change of bathroom linens, if requested, will cost €5,00.

An additional change of bed linens, if requested, will cost €5,00.

Room cleaning during your stay is not included.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

Additional room cleaning, if requested, will cost €15,00.

To meet the needs of all our guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets.

By booking with Casa Chiara, a contract of accommodation is established between the guest and the property. Access to the property is not permitted to third parties who have not been duly registered at check-in.

Payment of the required amount via the Direct Booking system is required in advance at the time of booking.

For reservations confirmed via a quote, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required, while the balance is due at check-in.

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation chosen:

• Direct Bookings:
  Cancellation is free of charge within the deadline indicated in the booking confirmation. The deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
• Reservations confirmed via quote:
  The 35% deposit paid at the time of confirmation is refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a penalty. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Casa Chiara reserves the right to apply different cancellation policies for special offers, high season periods, or particular events; these conditions will always be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Any damage found within the property resulting from non-compliance with the house rules will be charged to the responsible guest. This charge will cover the costs of repairs, replacements, or interventions necessary to restore the rooms and furnishings to their original condition.
