Direct booking requires full payment in advance.

In other cases, a deposit equal to 35% of the agreed amount is required^(*); the balance will be paid upon check-in at our facility.

^(*) The deposit will be refunded only for cancellations communicated within 7 days of the expected arrival date.

It applies to stays within the Municipality of Parma for up to 5 consecutive nights (minors excluded).
