We accept payments at the time of check-in in our structures.

We inform you that a deposit equal to 35% of the total agreed amount will be required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation communicated within and no later than 7 days from the date of expected arrival, this amount will be fully refunded.

The tax is payable for each stay in the Municipality of Parma up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (underage excluded).

Subjects who assist patients admitted to hospital or persons subjected to rehabilitative therapies at a healthcare facility are exempt.
